Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of each jewellery order, refund and exchange requests may not be accepted in the instance that there are no fault or defects.

If there are any discrepancies in your order, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In the interest of health and safety, we reserve the right to only accept returns on damaged or faulty products.

For jewellery lay aways cancelled, exchanged or returned, I charge a 25% per piece restocking fee in addition to the customer assuming all shipping costs
