Be gay, Do drugs, Hail Satan - YG, tourmaline & diamond

Honestly one of the most fun projects i've had recently. 
A healthy chunk of 14k yellow gold, a few diamonds and a little green tourmaline combined with some textures in this ring to make something beautiful. 

- 16g 8mm seam ring
- Sold as a single ring
- Diamonds (1.7mm, 1.65mm) Green tourmaline (2.1mm)
- Overall measurements roughly 14.5mm x 16.7mm

Due to the soft nature of gold, it is advisable to have your seam ring fit by a professional piercer who has experience working with this style and medium.  

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and refund will be granted minus website processing fees. 

Cancellation requests made after this time may still be issued at the shop's discretion if work has not begun on the item.

RETURN POLICY
For hygiene purposes we are unable to exchange or return piercing jewellery. 

We are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order. This means that we cannot provide a refund on any item that has been specially altered or personalised in any way - including but not limited to chains and charms

In the instance that a return request is granted, the item must be returned in a sterile sealed pouch for handling safety. 

If the return conditions are met, a refund (minus initial shipping costs and 25% store restocking fee) will be issued within 10 working days.

Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including but not limited to, shipping and transit costs in both directions, any customs duties, taxes and charges in both directions.

FAULTY RETURNS
If your jewellery is faulty or not as described, you must contact us within 3 working days to arrange an exchange, repair, or refund. These are offered on a case-by-case basis and at Hawns discretion.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For international returns, items must be marked as a ‘return’ on the customs document (failure to do so may result in additional charges).

JEWELLERY WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All Hawn handmade pieces come with a 1 year warranty, offering free of charge repairs in the instance that a pin or thread were to break (etc) or in the unlikely event that the piece is unable to be repaired, store credit for the value of the original order amount will be given.

In the instance that a pin, thread or seam ring is damaged or warped from user error, or requires re annealing after multiple open/closures Hawn is happy to offer repair, reshaping, polishing and annealing services for a small fee 

Buyer accepts that the repair is offered free of charge but is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including but not limited to, shipping and transit costs in both directions, any customs duties, taxes and charges in both directions.

For international repairs, items must be marked as a ‘repair’ on the customs document (failure to do so may result in additional charges).

Hawn handmade holds no responsibility for jewellery until it arrives in our studio, so we will always recommend sending things via a tracked mail method as we cannot be held responsible for any issues or losses during transit. It is recommended that the buyer obtains a proof of postage and insures the items for the full value during transit so that the buyer may claim compensation from the shipping provider in the event of a loss or damage, as I cannot process a refund (not a repair) without receiving the item
